8-12 weeks. The more fat you have to lose, the longer you can cut without a break. The closer you get to your goal, the shorter your time eating cut. Usually a week of eating maintenance is a good break, yes go straight to your TDEE.

Hi, Its probably your muscles retaining water. Unfortunately You won't gain any muscle eating at such a large deficit. Women won't get bulky unless they use steroids, And you would have to eat a surplus of food over your TDEE over a long period of time.

My commute is 1 hour and 6 minutes one way with no traffic. My husband drives about the same. Only he drives through a tunnel with a toll. We've both made this drive for over 10 years. We love where we live, love where we work!! No plans to move!!

Yeah, thats tough! Focus on what you can eat, make good choices of those items that have protein and fiber. Other than eggs, Most of what you listed, that you can't eat, I can eat, but don't want to! This can still work for you.
