I have had to log before eating always, it helps that way I cant say I "accidentally" went over on my calories.

On days I do not exercise I eat minimum 1220 of my 1280 cals allowed but never go over. On days I do exercise (Most days) I eat within 100 of my goal, but never go over. I think it over estimates slightly on my exercise cals so I usually leave about 50 cals as a cushion space.

maybe I just have one of those bods that dont fluxuate but I weigh myself nude after peeing everymorn and for some reason my weight is never more than 6 oz fluxuated up or down, even during my tom. I make sure i am also not wearing any jewelry or anything.

Oh my gosh i have been suffering the last few weeks they are doing the neverending pasta bowl with salad and b-sticks and when I go I usually have 2 bowls pasta, 4 breadsticks, and 1-2 salads with vinegar and oil. I havent went but darn I wish I could get them to stop playing the commercials.:sad:

You could try a food that has high caloric content with less volume like peanut butter, pistachios, granola, etc.

I know it sounds gross but I drain my ground beef in my noodle strainer then rinse it when its done (Not thouroughly just a tiny bit) to get out the grease. My bf thinks its gross even though I have been doing it for months and he didnt know until he saw me do it. Anyone else do this

I do the same thing except I dont crave sweets I crave salty and protien like chips or packs of lunch meat. The only way I have found to solve it is to drink hot tea or drink three or four cups of water at once so my stomach is full then go to bed.
