I did but I again fell into a depression and just never went back. I am thinking of heading back to just look into dietitians because they can help you plan meals. I know how you feel! I've struggled many years with binge-eating. I was even diagnosed with binge-eating disorder. I can eat EVERYTHING, 2-3 servings at a time very easily. It's an uphill battle. :P

Because I was in high school when I met her. She was one of the popular girls and even though I didn't want to be one of them, I felt like if I told her off, everything would just explode, ya know? But now that I'm in college and losing my security blanket, I'm more than ready to get rid of her.

It's not about eating healthy. To her, it's all about being 'skinny'. And if she did, I would say I couldn't. I was on my diet. I wouldn't be as mean as her. There is a very big difference of being supportive and just plain mean.

She's always been a bad friend, tbh. Before I starting losing weight, she would make fun of me. Like not just fat jokes. She would poke and pinch at my fat. Hit my arms, watch them jiggle and laugh. It's horrible.

Not giving up my sweet iced tea (sweetened with Stevia) or my mint ice cream. No, no, nope! Look how much weight I've lost, even when I have the occasional bowl here and there.

I'd say try Nutella. It's no CHOCOLATE but it still gives you that nice sweetness you want. I have it with some whole grain bread and my craving is gone. :) The serving size is 2 tbsp but I only have 1 so it cuts the calories and sugar in half.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in July of 2011. I'm being treated with Metformin 500mg and keeping my diet low in fat and carbs. No shame at all when I say Miley Cyrus' new FIT body. It is freaking AMAZING.
