The 24 day challenge really did help me kick off to be healthier.... i have PCOS and losing weight is 10x's harder for me then it is other people... i lost weight on it and never gained it back. My NSV, i no longer feel exhausted all the time, it got so bad i was dozing off driving to work , having the top down (i have convertible, not my actual top :happy: ) with the music blaring and drinking a diet soda or iced coffee wouldnt even work. now i dont have a problem at all, congrats :flowerforyou:

personally i dont know, i kind of think if what you are doing is working so well why change it, but then again it wouldn't hurt to try it for a couple of weeks. idk, just my 2 cents.

my goals get in 3 work outs do strength 2x stay under calories (after today) i know goals are kinda low for this week, but this cold is really kicking my butt, so know telling when it will let up.

lost 2.9 pounds this week, i will have to get back to yall on goals, i didnt finish through with mine came down with a really nasty head cold @ the end of the week, anywho have to go starting to feel like my heads going to explode from congestion and still not feeling any better, bleh :sick: good luck everyone!!!!

i dont smoke i dont drink or do drugs and i am a pretty healthy eatter, my only bad habit is diet pepsi, there could be a lot worse things that i could be doing to myself, so i dont plan on giving it up anytime soon.:bigsmile:

hMMM :grumble: I heard that you usually lose weight like crazy when you breast feed, sounds like you may not be eating enough, i would research that if i were you. Good luck!!!
