I am just going to start the eating more thing. I dont like the fact I hear people say it takes weeks to see the scale start moving but if I am getting healthier while the scale isnt moving, I am ok with that.

This probably isnt the answer you want but just quit. Thats what I did. I havent had a soda in months! It wasnt easy but worth it!

I drink at least 4 20oz bottles of water a day. And I think I have heard that you are supposed to drink half your body weight in water a day so if thats true, I am not drinking enough.

I dont drink anything that I need sweetners for but I do use the Crystal Light Liquids to add something to my water because plain water gets boring after awhile.

You are not to big to exercise. Start slow with walking or swimming.

I didnt go over on my calories but lots of sodium! I am up 2lbs from my weigh in on Friday. I know its sodium and it will be gone soon!

I dont get it. Am I supposed to eat my exercise calories back? I am really not sure of what my NET food intake is. Can you help with that also?

I think people were trying to help you until you seemed to have your mind set and not really want to listen to what people were telling you. I am 37 and will probably always color it. Naturally I have a dirty blonde color, I color to a lighter blonde.

15lbs in a month is AWESOME!!! The scale will disappoint you sometimes, I worked hard all week last week and the scale didnt budge. But then Sunday morning it had dropped 3lbs. You cant just go by the scale. We are becoming healthier and stronger every day!

Not a free day but once in awhile a free meal but even then wont go overboard. Like on Sunday, I went out to a mexican place with my friend and ate the chips/salsa but ordered pretty healthy besides that.
