This morning when my fiance got home from work he looked at me and said "Babe, it looks like you have lost weight"! I honestly cant see it yet but maybe others can. Is it ok that my protein is in the negative #'s?
Right now my protein is negative 7 and I havent eaten dinner yet. Is that OK? MFP set my protein at only 65. Maybe that isnt enough to begin with.

Dont know how to get my calories in
I have been doing this for 2 days. Neither day have I been able to even net 1200 calories and I am supposed to have 1540. Today even if I subtract the exercise calories back out, I have 480 more calories I should eat. I'm not hungry, its 8:30 at night so I dont know how I will eat 480 more calories.

What do you say to those that arent encouraging?
I just started this journey yesterday and my fiance looks at me and says "I give you a week and you will be done with it". I was offended and not happy with that comment. I need all the support and encouragement I can get especially from him. I didnt know what to say to him so I just said "ok whatever you say"
