No debate from me either. However when I read your blog title, I first thought of "Are you there Vodka, its me Chelsea" (a book written by Chelsea Handler)

I am friends with one ex and that is my ex husband. We have two kids together and we are much better at the friend thing than we were at the marriage thing. I can only think if one other ex that is on my FB but I dont think I would consider us friends.

I want to give my mom a kidney when its time, I want to run a marathon, and I want to be confident when I go on a trip next year.

I can just tell you from my experience, my daughter had this happening to her quite a bit and when she went to her doctor, she was also told to increase her salt intake because her blood pressure was low. Since then she has been aware of her salt intake and has not had problems.

My friend on here that I have been friends with since almost the beginning of joining has logged in for 1245 days. That is dedication! WTG on your 1000!

Anyone can add me. Even though I have been here for 3 years, I am just re-dedicating myself. Have lost 5lbs so far with loads more to go! I have goals to meet!
-
That doesnt make sense to me. Can you explain that further? Everything I have heard on this topic, says you burn less calories as you lose weight and become healthier.
-
Hi and welcome back! Feel free to add me
-
I have a space heater too! I am always the cold one in the office.
-
Good luck with your interview!
-
Hello all. Today's goals are pretty much the same as all days. Stay under my calories and exercise! Weigh in tomorrow!
-
morning for me. After going the bathroom and before drinking anything. I dont think there is a wrong way as long as you are consistent.

I was at work when I heard that one of the planes had been hijacked and turned on the news to see the 2nd plane hit. We watched it the rest of the day and didnt get much work done.

I am down 3lbs this week (I weigh in on Mondays) so I am on track for what I need to accomplish by Christmas :)
-

no cause she is a she :)

Although I know I am, I have never had a doctor tell me. Great job on not giving into the junk to console yourself. You can do it!
-
I stuck to my mini goals for day 1. Day 2 goals are to stay under my calories, get my water in, and at least 30 minutes of exercise.
-
I track my weight, but I would honestly rather go by how I feel, how my clothes feel, and what I look like. When you start dropping the inches, people notice.
-
Today's mini goal will be to NOT talk myself out of working out when I get home. I struggle with this daily.
-
Good luck with your goal! But I bet you can blow right past this goal. I have at least 100 to lose and my goal is 40 by Christmas.
-
I just joined your group!!
-
Just found this group, thought I would join for some extra motivation. I would love to drop at least 40lbs by Christmas.

You cant look at it as "gaining". You just starting working out, your body is saying "HEY what are you doing to me", and it is retaining water to help repair your muscles. This "gain" will go away, but you just have to stick with it. You have been at it a week, give it more time. This isnt a race, patience is the key.

Sent you a request. I am starting over as well.
