I use the full fat full flavor dressings and just watch how much I use. I have tried making ranch with greek yogurt, ranch seasoning pack, and milk and while it tasted good it has a bad after taste in my opinion.

I love her dvd's. I have 5 or 6 of them. She does get your HR up and thats what you need to burn calories. She does annoy me in some of the videos but thats ok lol.

I have met some truly awesome people on here by accepting friend requests. People that will forever be a part of my life whether I am on MFP or not. But other than that, my friends are there for support, to encourage, to keep you motivated.

I only eat the flavored kinds by themselves. I do use the plain as a substitute in my chicken salad as mayo and also make ranch dressing with it.

There was this one woman at one of the gyms I went too, she was alot bigger than me and she was there faithfully every day on that bike peddling away.
