I have my calories set at my TDEE - 20% and I log my exercises here but I dont eat my calories back. But I still log them for my own knowledge. I dont know if that helps or not lol.

I tried something different today. I am always hungry at work. Always. So today I took everything in my diary and ate one thing every hour I am here. I have my calories set at my TDEE - 20% so I dont eat back my calories. I think MFP is defaulted to set your calories to where you eat them back.

Mine is open to friends. Of course mine is pretty boring so I doubt anyone gets any great food recipes from it lol. I cook for one so I eat alot of leftovers so its the same thing for a number of days in a row.

I like the thought in theory but wont you get tired of the same thing every day? I know I will eat the same thing for a few days in a row because I cook for myself and dont know how to cook just for one. But after a few days I am getting tired of it.

Mexican is my favorite and no matter what I do, I just cant go to one and be healthy lol. Chicken fajitas are a good choice with no cheese or sour cream. Thats what I get but then I eat a ton of chips!
