eeek me: 9 binge: 6 I was doing amazing and feeling so great last week, and now i feel off again!! gotta keep going. However i still have more binge free days than binge so yay!

I'm 5' 4'' and a little bit :) last year i got down to 133, and everyone said i shouldn't lose anymore because i was looking real skinny! my goal was to aim for 125 though, so we will see :D i'd be happy just to be 129!

Hey, i'm not a doctor, but i'm doing a master's in health science. I actually did a project about adenomyosis for grad school. There's a very small amount of research into the use of an IUD such as mirena to treat adenomyosis, you could ask your doctor about this as another option.

I use the scale, and i've also done before and after pics...not planned, i just went and found pictures where i was in the same poses, or wearing a bikini-this is really motivating to see the difference!
