Yay fellow bookworms. Went to the Library yesterday I still prefer a real book. Love Stephen King, James Patterson, Karen Slaughters Will Trent series. Currently reading David Baldacci The Sixth Man.

Was one yesterday in my town. The clown was throwing rocks at the kids and one little boy was injured. Great if it is for marketing but unfortunately there are some idiots who use it as an excuse to cause trouble while hiding behind a mask. I would love to see someone try it with me!

I don't weigh it I divide it into portions and do it that way. So easy, love having lots of soup in the freezer.

It can be done, read the success stories they provide great inspiration and advice. Just take it one meal one day at a time. Even if you have a bad day don't give up just start again the next day and keep in kind why you are doing this. As for your knees hurting as you exercise more and lose weight things will get easier.…

Water doesn't fill me at all. I always leave some calories for snacking especially in the evenings and if I'm not hungry great but there is no way I could go hungry because I may just end up overeating junk!

It was annoying at first but now it's part of my routine. This is the main reason I have been able to lose weight as before I was underestimating the amount I was eating which is so easily done!

I have never felt starved I eat more now but the difference is it's healthier and more filling. I have times when I'm struggling but there is no way in hell I'm giving up otherwise why have I bothered to workout so hard and stop all the junk food. Rice cakes with Philadelphia, cucumber and black pepper. Tastier than I expected. I usually have soup, I make a huge batch and freeze them.
