Oh... I strongly disagree. Coming from a carbaholic and mashed potato crazy woman, I was thrilled to discover this. I include garlic and plain greek yogurt and find it curbs my appetite for the real thing. But.... everyone is entitled to their own likings...... I DO agree with the spaghetti squash not fooling anyone....…

I thought Nutrisytem food was good, but lost 20+ pounds, only to gain back more once I ate real food. I did this TWICE. The problem with Nutrisystem is that it doesn't teach you how to eat in the real world with real food. Unless you can afford it for the rest of your life, I would stay away from it and learn how to pack…

I too have a difficult time drinking all the water. My nutritionist told me it all counts. Also, I try to dilute when I can. For example, I make one packet of Crystal Light but double the water. Not only do I think it tastes better, it gets you more water.
