ME TOO!!! I still see that fat girl, especially the way my body/skin is if i look down it still looks fat- i am starting to see a difference if i stand up but mostly i just see the fat chick. I takes time for the mind to catch up i guess.

You should eat at least some of them back since you are eating so few calories to begin with, but don't eat them all back because some of your exercise are already counted in your daily burn. The BB is AWESOME, but this calculation will work for reg hrms, or calories off the machines as well a you need is your daily burn from mpf, and calories burned in a work doesn't have to be from the BB
