Mindset. I never really banned anything in my weight loss. Its not a diet. i'm not going to ban candy, soda, cake, etc completely out of my diet, but eating those things in massive portions got me here. Being conscious of what you put in your body and what you are doing to burn that off.

You look amazing, I would just caution getting hung up on a number. Why is that particular number your goal? Are you healthy? Do you want to tone more?

I am active duty Navy, I did have surgery to remove excess skin, but im not sure it had much to do with the weight loss. I am a short person with a short abdomen. and I had two very large children they were both almost 2 feet tall when they came out. If you loose the weight slow and steady it should bounce back, if you do…

I think most people, I know I did go through an obsessive phase. I think its almost needed thats how we brake the bad habits keeping our goals the new lifestyle in the forefront of our minds, other wise it would simply be to easy to fall back. This obsession can be hard on people around us, especially those who do not have…

As a service member myself, I have to agree they are dangerous, and this is completely uncalled for. If people want to have radical beliefs, that is their right, BUT i believe NO ONE sould torture on inflict harm on people that go against their beliefs. It angers me and saddens my heart. There are families there who have…

Yes it really works, but like everything you get what you put into it. If you bust your butt you'll get results otherwise......

I agree most days you aren't eating enough. You ate almost 1500 calories today that is a good goal around 1500 calories, and if you can't varry the exercise try more walking, squats aren't to bad on the back either and will help to build leg muscle which will burn more fat. Increase your water as well.

1200 calories is the very basic for sustaining life, when eating that few calories you need to eat at least some of your calories back, you maybe consuming 1200 calories but your body is probably only receiving 7-900 depending n how much you are working out 1500 has worked out well for me. i'm 5'3"

153.0 i was really confused when i saw this weight, yesterday it still said 154.6. Yesterday I ate donuts and icecream. it does only work for so long if you look towards the end of the show the big numbers drop off and people even plateau take this season for example.

Working out that many hours a day is a large part, the amount of calories they consume is never published but it is a lower calorie diet based on their needs, they won't display what the contestants consume because people would assume that's the end all be all and its not the case its really based on the individual person,…

How old are you? you look fairly young your metabolism is a lot faster the younger you are.
-
are you eating back your work out calories? if you are working out every day especially with a low calorie intake like 1300 you should eat at least 2-400 of your calories back depending on your burn. Also depends on your goals and your weight loss. try updating your settings.
