  • But what I don't understand is why your first part of weight loss is always considered "water". What if you were fat but drank enough each day prior to starting a weight loss plan?
  • I weigh myself every day if possible. I know that it doesn't work for some people, but it does for me. If the scale goes up it makes me restrict calories more, or exercise more. Yes, I weigh as much as 5 lbs more when I am near that time of the month, or during it for that matter.
  • This makes a nice dinner: green beans ground beef or ground bison stewed tomatoes mushrooms you just put it all together and heat it up and eat it! It is great and satisfying.
