  • Week 1: 03/29/10 - 04/04/10 Introduction: My name is Andrea. I am 31 yrs old, will be 32 in September. I am married (almost 8 years!) and no children yet but would like to start a family in 1-2 years. I am in nursing school full time right now but have a previous degree since I am changing careers. I just joined PSB…
  • Oh I love www.zappos.com too! They are great and have a big selection and usually pretty decent prices. Check out the sale/clearance section on there... I have wide, flat feet that overpronate. Saucony, Newbalance, and Sketchers tend to work well for me. I like to wear thin socks with my shoes. I've always had better luck…

  • But what I don't understand is why your first part of weight loss is always considered "water". What if you were fat but drank enough each day prior to starting a weight loss plan?
  • I weigh myself every day if possible. I know that it doesn't work for some people, but it does for me. If the scale goes up it makes me restrict calories more, or exercise more. Yes, I weigh as much as 5 lbs more when I am near that time of the month, or during it for that matter.
  • This makes a nice dinner: green beans ground beef or ground bison stewed tomatoes mushrooms you just put it all together and heat it up and eat it! It is great and satisfying.
