I hear Turbo Fire and Rev Abs are good workouts to help you tone & flatten your belly. I have Hip Hop Abs too but found I had better results with Turbo Jam.

I know exactly how you feel. I went out of town for my friend's birthday party and I fell off the wagon. I felt awful when I returned home to find I had gained 4lbs. Turbo Jam is my go to workout. I've heard Turbo Fire is a great workout too. I have also tried Hip Hop Abs. Any of these are great it you're starting to workout again.

If I have to eat out when I travel I use my fitness pal to search different restaurants to find out what I can eat to stay within my calorie range. I also try to have protein shakes available with me as a meal replacement.
