I subscribe to graze. They have allegedly healthy snacks. They do say how many calories but they don't seem all that healthy some of them that I like the best or a little bit sugary. But at least I'm getting the portion control and snacks that I like and being somewhat healthy. Also Halo top ice cream LOL

if you notice, people who have been love it and people criticizing have never been. that should tell you something. i love it. it's an amazing workout and they push you like youve never been pushed before but still make it fun!

So after a week, my thoughts are that it's a temporary fix that I'm happy with. It's the only product that makes a visible difference that I've tried. So using it every day on vacation is well worth it. I'm working up the nerve to do before and after pictures since it lasts around a day. I'm very happy I bought it.

It's weird to me when people blame food weighing and logging. Nobody is perfect but I always lose when I'm logging and NEVER weigh my food. a lot of supplements work. yes OP you will lose weight pretty quickly. but if you're NOT going to change your eating and logging and exercise habits you will gain it back even more quickly. and if you ARE going to change your habits than you don't need a supplement!

I would also go for the healthier items possible like salad, fruit, veggies and meat all with the least amount of skin and sauce. It's sodium fat calorie central in there!

True but eating stevia instead of sucralose is still cleaner. I tried to substitute when I can. I figure a protein shake is better than pancakes and syrup, and Stevia is better than Sweet and Low or something, so if I have the option I try to take the healthier of the two.
