  • I have a collie/beagle mix, Maggie. I don't take her cause she is so slow. She is only 5 yrs. but you'd think she was 12 ! Plus she has to stop and sniff everything. I take her separate from my serious walking routine.

  • I'm new to this also. I know where you are coming from. I'm hoping that I actually will follow thru this time. I've been doing good since my start date which was last Saturday the14th. It's very hard and it is more depressing when you dont' meet your goals. If you'd like me to be your "buddy" maybe we can help each other…
