good rule of thumb... a couple hours before you go to bed so the food has time to digest if you go to bed at eight then stop at six.... if your like me and go to bed at midnight or 1 then you would stop at about 10 or 11

Ok, me being only 21.... haven't really traveled that much, but i would say the most beautiful place I've visited was up in the mountains in Tennessee and at the end of a trail was a huge waterfall.... which is beautiful

Hey my name is Jessica and i would love to join this group. I have never been apart of these challenge groups before, however i think i would benifit greatly from it because i would have to check in everyday and i feel like doing this i would be motivated to stay on track.

i have a shirt or two in my skinny clothes, since i haven't been under 150 since middle school, i really don't have much on the skinny clothes line.

I try to either run or walk 4 miles a day, also i do some strength training 2 or 3 times a week. (including, squats, lunges, plank, crunches, push-ups ect....) I also have a shake weight which i try to use every once in a while.
