I have defiently realized that i need more protein in my diet and figured out that protein shakes are my best bet ( Im too busy to being eating all the time) So what is everyone's favorite protein shake recipes? I really new to this and any ideas would be helpful thankx

Okay this may be weird but it seems like on the days where i eat alot ( i call them my binge days) i actually lose weight, but when i feel like i'm doing good by cutting my calories i'm either staying the same or even gaining

Where do you lose fat first
All my life i've heard that women will most likely lose fat in their chest before anywhere else. However, I have lost just in my stomach and "love handle area" And I was just wondering where you started to lose fat? or noticed fat lose? Just Curious
