I've recently tried to start taking a multivitamin but their hard for me to swallow, so I've looked at the gummies but it seems like they don't have as much nutrients in them,,,, plzzz help me

there are liquids - they taste pretty awful but they are often cited as being BETTER than pills because easier to absorb (your body has to break down a pill).
Check out a big health food store near you and ask what they have.0 -
I take chewable Flinstones Complete (and they taste great)! I couldn't take prenatal vitamins while pregnant as they caused kidney stones so my doctor told me to take 2 Flinstones a day instead. After my son, I dropped it to one. I love them!0
