Ok thanks. I do log most days - there are a couple days I will not log as I'm busy doing other things. But during the week I always log now. If you build strength is that not the same as muscle? I thought muscle was strength.

Uhhhhhh no. Maybe 8lb in 2 weeks? If you worked really hard (and depending what weight you are)!!! But more realistically, about 2lb-6lb in 2 weeks with good amount of exercise and healthy diet. I used to ask silly questions like this hoping there was a possible answer! I tried all the fad diets etc, nothing worked!! Even…

It won't cause you harm as such - just not the healthiest option really!! All I used to drink was fizzy juice for years (through childhood as well). Now all I drink is water. Or water with diluted juice - I have been doing this now for a good few years before I thought of losing weight. I never found it hard coming off of…

Had a 3 course meal, including Cookie Dough cheesecake. Then yesterday, I decided to bake…

I no longer have any sort of fast food - microwavable burgers, KFC/BK/McDonalds, overly processed foods bought from a shop i.e sausage rolls etc! Just make me feel sick now. But I do still eat 'bad' food at weekends such as I will order a burger at a restaurant with chips (or fries in america), I will have chocolate,…

I asked for help - not unnecesary comments - I am interested in my health, hence why I am on myfitnesspal and asking for help. Thanks everyone else for your comments taking everything on board - I only drink water, never soda or alcohol. I think I should be eating more - I find it quite hard to eat up my calories so i…

Thanks for that - I drink a VERY high amount of number throughout the day to hopefully get rid of water weight and I have been wandering recently why I have not been losing the weight as I always have a deficit and exercise regularly. This could be my problem!!

I make 1 tin of 130g tuna, mixed with lighter than light hellmans mayonnaise - not a lot of it though, and then wrap it in lettuce to make a lettuce wrap! You can buy eggs, beat them and add a dash of milk. Add a little salt or prepper if you want. Chop up whatever veg you like (I use green peppers) then get a baking tray…

Last year in March, it was my 21st birthday. I bought clothes online that I was dying to wear on my night out. Had my friends round when trying on my outfits so they could decide. And they chose none and told me how tight they all looked on me. Then I finally saw it myself although I already knew. I was so embaressed and…

Uhh thanks for just saying but I had read reviews online already before buying it - I just wanted to see what the people of MFP thought about it. - curiosity ...... Didn't realise I was being judged on the timing of my question. But thanks everyone I'm super excited for my HRM to arrive :) it sounds fab even though it may…

I know, it is just a number at the end of the day really, it's just I have my mind set on this goal weight that I want to be which is in a healthy BMI range. I just dont know why it has slowed down ever since my first couple months?
-
Yes i'll be logging - whether it will be accurate or not, I don't know
-
Cant belive this amazing transformation wow!!! I started off at 186 but would love to be down to 140.... Im getting there! But you have done amazingly well to lose all that way and you are such an inspiration!!!!

Seems although a lot of people weigh in everyday, didn't realise it was so common. I've always felt tempted to and I guess it makes sense to see your ups and downs. I'm definitely gonna do that and start taking averages, still love that idea!!
-
Oh yeah, shlluld have said, first thing in the morning is also when I do it! I think it gives a more accurate weigh in. Also someone has mentioned an average, thats quite a good idea!!
-
Looks like you've maybe gained some muscle weight as well - as this looks like a lot more than 20lbs of fat, well done
