I'm somewhere between 5'6 and 5'7 and looking to get down to 140lb too! Was using Myfitnesspal last year until I fell pregnant, at that time I was about 168lb then piled on weight during my pregnancy up to 231lb.. I had my baby 7 weeks ago and I'm now down to 199lb... Add me if you want :smile:

My boyfriend hates ALL vegetables... But he will eat them all in a soup! Maybe an idea :blush:

I don't drink at all anymore and haven't done for a year and a half... I just drink on special occasions really. But I feel bad doing it because I know the next day I will be looking around for hangover food >:) and because of this reason I can't lose weight and drink unfortunately. Everyone is different though!

At the weekend make soup to eat at lunches through the week. Soup is so easy to make and if you make a low calorie soup, you can't really go wrong! I find it hard to get up to my calorie goal when I have soup for lunch.

Thank you :) you're doing well keep that up and you will see results in no time! It was when I done body pump and kettlercise I noticed the biggest changes! It was when I got to about 175ish I went down to 12 on top and 14 on bottom then just lately getting to about 164ish I have went down another dress size on top…

I wouldn't really recommend fasting before weigh in day, it wont do anything apart from put the scales down a few lb's more than what they would have been, then by Monday when you eat properly again, you will gain the few lb's... Just get up first thing in the morning, go to the bathroom, dont drink or eat anything until…
