if you program the distance and also the time in to something like mymap or something then it will show you how many calories you have burned, step it up and keeping on moving any exercise will benifit keep on walking x x

mine was 2187 and I have only been eating about 1400 and then on the bad days the days I have loads of exercise and I am staving I end up eating more and those are the weeks that I loose more weight! not that I have been loosing much latley but I am going to do my fat% again and see if this changes !! 1200 calories does take some planning but it is possible, but it is not enough to be able to have many snacks or any cheats!! so i would suggest you work out harder!!

100lb in one year is not to much, be honest with yourself and keep on it. if you fall get back on as quick as you can. stay in the gym but move well every day. set smaller goals during the year. so 2 months 20lb or something. and then it will help stay forscued and will mean if you don't quite get to the mini goal you will…
