Dont JUST eat salads. Switch it up and eat vegetables with light sour cream and a dip mix packet or something. They have some really good ones and you can alternate dips and vegetables...If you're bored of salads then you need to start adding different things to make it more interesting...try different dressings..I use…

I recently started microwaving them...LIFE CHANGED

I eat 1-2 quest bars per day. They're fantastic. They didn't make you gain weight, overeating did. The fact that you were eating protein bars was just a coincidence. But if you were working out there is a good chance that some of that weight was muscle, so thats always a good thing.

Basically sugar spikes insulin...When your insulin spikes, you can remove too much sugar from your blood stream and have a sudden drop in blood sugar, which leads to cravings/hunger earlier then you would if you had a balanced meal.

I took it to help lose 85lbs of pregnancy weight. Helped me lose about 40lbs or so fairly quickly. COMPLETELY takes away your cravings. Often you aren't hungry and need to schedule your meal times to make sure you're still eating. I think its a good kick-start if you're trying to drop a good amount of weight, but I…

Oh and if you're having kidney issues from excessive protein its because you aren't drinking enough water or consuming enough of the other macros. Protein in itself does not cause kidney problems with healthy adults and normal kidneys. Its an abundance of protein with a deficiency in water or carbohydrates, that might.…

I'll be the oddball and say I love it. HEB makes a protein fortified milk with 50% less sugar than regular milk. I chug that stuff on the daily. Plus I occasionally eat the protein snacks...I get low blood sugar easily so having a good carb+ protein snack is key for me. I get bored, so having a variety is fabulous.…

Tons of water for about a week and then you dehydrate yourself for a couple of days before you want to look cut to rid your body of excess water. Also sauna and diuretic type foods such as asparagus help. But this is only for very short term (such as for body shows)...otherwise you don't really want to lose water, its good…

Yes and no. I drink one cup every day because I enjoy it, it picks me up, helps me focus, and gets me going on early days. But if I DONT have that cup of coffee I'm very tired throughout the day and get a headache. Its up to you if you want to rely on it or not. I choose to enjoy it because I like it and its not bad for…

I don't think the problem is your macros...I think its that 3x a week isn't enough.. In order to gain muscle mass as a female I've only been able to do it with consistent weight training...The kind where you push yourself to increase your strength each week. I'm only able to increase in strength with adequate stress on…

Here's the real question....are you using the right SHOES for your feet? I had a HUGE problem with this until I switched to stability shoes! Now I can run on the treadmill all I want! :)

My name is Kelly (kerry) or derpina(what?)... I originally lost 90 lbs that I gained from having my mini me (gained about 8lbs back) and now I'm just trying to really lean out/ buffatize. I play mostly RTS games but I've been playing diablo lately on Xbox one...I also recently started playing league of legends and Smite.…

Okay I stopped reading after the second person... DIABETES TYPE 2 IS -NOT- genetic in ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. It is COMPLETELY due to diet and lifestyle. You are at a higher risk being over weight only because MOST people who are overweight have insulin resistance from eating sugary/carby foods. If you ARE NOT eating…

Sorry I missed part of your question....Technically protein right after a work out will help a bit more with muscle recovery, but in terms of growth or metabolism its going to be your overall protein count for the day that matters, not so much when you drink it
-
You can literally use them whenever. After a work out is great. I sometimes do them before, sometimes replacing a snack....I like to keep options open so I don't get bored always forcing myself to have it at the same times. I wouldn't replace a meal with it unless its a very carb heavy protein.

I think a lot of times you have to go cold turkey. I say that because you can't "dwindle" down sweets when you're used to eating them...its like trying to smoke less each day...much harder in my opinion. I'm not saying you can't have anything sweet, but I think you should make a goal and say "For one week I won't eat any…

Ive dealt with this for YEARS. I'm a sugar addict..HARDCORE. The ONLY thing that works for me, is to keep it out of my eyesight. MY thing is once i start thinking about it if I see it, I obsess over it until I eat it. Its gotta stay out of my house. Then I'm good!
