not tamoxifen for me but I recently had my thyriod removed and am on medication for that and am also a Diabetic and some of those medications cause weight gain or insulin resistance which causes weight gain...so I definitely feel your pain and frustrations!

I know tons of people who have and have gotten excellent results. I have a thyroid, insulin resistance issue and refuse to put that much money into something until we get my #'s right....I do take other Advocare products though....I would recommend any of their products

Zumba is awesome! We have been going twice a week for 1 hour classes since the fall. I have lost 30lbs. It is so much fun....our instructor is great!

Have never tried them but my Podiatrist said to stay away from them, they are a waste of $. Since I already battle foot and knee problems...I have saved my $ and stayed happy in my New Balance!
