I found myself in tears late last night and with out even thinking I had all the food out of the fridge and in front of me. After just a few bites I was able to calm down a bit and put it away. I have no answers as to how to control or over come it but wanted to let you know you are not a lone.

Iv gone threw many years of disordered eating, I understand the feeling. Great for you not letting old thought patterns take over.

i have the some problem coming up with ideas. I would like to say a really nice outfit but i would get upset having to re-buy the same kinda outfit every time i lost weight. Since my UGW is between 60 to 100lb. I might make it a trip though, Would love some ideas for smaller goals though.

looking to drop 100 myself, started at 230, no idea where i am at now, need to get my old scale back. Looking for friends that do more than just diet, need people who work out to help motivate me and i them.

don't go out with that guy, he is a real douch. Actually try in highschool and the grandparents will pay and support you through college, even though they said they wouldn't.

Sunday. 1.5 mile Monday 1.5 mile. Both walk/jog. Tuseday: 1.5 mile Wed. 0- overslept. =( Thur. 1.5 mile and cut off 4 min this time =) 9 miles to go.

i have really bad TOM and the only time i have ever been able to function during the first 3 days when i was on YAZ. TOM still came but the pain that went along with it was WAY more manageable! Sadly i lost my health insurance but thats the first thing i am getting back on once i get it back.

half of a 5 hour energy drink, so not a morning person. i take it just so i dont crawl back into bed after getting dressed to go run/walk. I love you pillow!
