I run. During the summer I run almost exclusively on the treadmill. It is just too hot for me to run outside. I have run/walk a marathon 5 years ago and am thinking about running without the walk a Feb 2012 marathon.

I am certainly not an expert, but did lose 35 pounds last year on the old weight watcher points system. I had similar problems and I would change something. Either change the exercise I was doing or the amount-- or change what I was eating for breakfast. SOmetimes I would lessen or stop my exercise for a week and then…
