I love my wine i have about one glass a day, 4 times a week. And I budget my calories for it too! I love it! I have to by the small bottles or I'll drink the whole big bottle, lol no self control I tell you. lol

For a while when I started losing inches I was still gaining weight. I have been jogging about 3 to 4 times a week for 5 miles at a time in about 60 minutes (5 miles per hour). I recently started walking/jogging for a few weeks about 4 times a week. Now on my left knee on the inner corner has started hurting even when I walk.
