  • Well new to mfp and looking for some support, I just started working out at the gym on tuesday and already lost 2 1/2 pounds. So just on here looking for friends and support.

  • Im the type of person who dont like to be hungry and dont like to be full. Im on the lean shake diet and its driving me crazy! Because its not making me full like it suppose to. I just want to eat and be happy and its hard to find a diet like that.
  • Well this is my 4th day on the lean shake and I see some results in my face, neck and mid section already:happy: but the only thing about them they dont make me full:frown: so when its time for me to eat my one real meal I just eat two small bowls of cereal and that make me full during the day without snack.
