I just bought a Hamilton Beach Personal Blender. It’s 15-something at WalMart, but I showed them that Sears has it on sale for $9.99 & they priced matched it! (I used the Red laser app) I came home & made a frozen Chunky Monkey! Worked great!

You’re probably cramping because it’s new to your muscles. Also make sure you hydrate all day & not just before you run. Always remember & never forget…, your body will give out long before your mind will. Have a strong mind & the rest will follow.

Hydrate a lot until then & get some sleep! Do not…, I repeat…, do NOT run the day before. You want fresh legs to run with. The crowd & excitement will carry you to the finish line, trust me on that one. This will be the best day of your life! Oh…, HAVE FUN!
