I have both. Are you into cardio? Insanity would be your thing…., be warned…, it’s tough if you aren’t into cardio. It’s 60 days. P90X is a well rounded program, with some of the DVDs having cardio. It’s 90 days. Your choice…. ps..., See if the library has them for you to get a looksie.

As a runner, you need to remember your body will give out long before your mind will. Keep a strong mind & you body will follow. The first mile is always the toughest; you go into cruise control after that. Good luck!

My dad told me I was too skinny yesterday. (I’m a runner.) I told him that it really wasn’t a compliment & how would he like it if I said he was too chubby. If it wasn't my dad I would have said to pi$$ off! I eat supper healthy & don’t starve myself btw…

WalMart’s salads are around 650 & up. It’s not really the number is it (?) or the fact you are eating healthy? Look at the big picture. :)
