just completed wk4d1 today, i thought I wouldn't be able to do it, but honestly it went like a breeze!!! my speed isn't all that great though, i jog at 5.0mph, and walk at 3.8mph.:flowerforyou:

i had more than half a bag of utc spicy chips today. i don't think i've had chips in ages... last time was doritos a few mths ago, and before that it was yrs ago. (just my lil justification)

SW (6/01): 180 Wk 1 (6/05): 180 Wk 2 (6/12): 179 I haven't lost much weight despite working out about 4-5x/wk. but there's definately a reduction in size, all my pants are lose, and my belt is finally too big for me. yayyyy!

SW: 180lbs 6/6/2011: 180lbs. GW: 172lbs by then end of June. since i have joined this site I have been going to the gym almost everyday, and counting calories. seems as though i have reduced in size but not so much in weight yet... i hope to see better results by the end of this month! :)

i'm 5'3" currently weigh 180lbs, just started MFP, my initial goal is to lose 20 lbs in 3 mths, and then we'll take it from there. :) friend request sent.

i agree with tourthepast, i don't think saunas or steam rooms make you thinner, but they are effective in opening up your pores and making you feel relaxed. although i've come across many people who incorporate the sauna in the middle of their workout at the gym, and they claim it has helped them a lot.

thank you so much Stuartm1, funny thing is i'm not a junkie and never really been. i rarely drink soda, or eat fast foods, and i'm a vegetarian. i will now try to eat every 2-3 hrs in smaller portions, and drink lots of water. i don't have the wii or the wii fit, i do have a gym membership and i really enjoy working out.…
