    I'm in! I've got about 3lbs to go before I'm in a healthy BMI finally! I've been stuck up and down between 153 and 152 for a couple of weeks now and I am determind to get into a healthy BMI!

    I have been doing well then slide down..... and repeat.....
    Been up and down 6 pounds for way to long

    I am in as well I feel like I will never lose this 5 lbs so any helpful pointers would be great. I hate the excuse its muscle. I don't lift that much.

    How does this work...I'm fairly new and only log my weight and food diary. I need an extra push because I can't seem to get past my current weight and I'm feeling VERY frustrated.
  • I'm in. Only lost 2.4lbs last month which was entirely based on my bad decisions. I can't do this "part-time" and expect to reach my goals. I have got to stick with it this month. Will weigh in in the morning.
