I was happy to see I lost 3 pounds this week!! I have also met my goal weight loss, with a total of 50 pounds gone since 1/1/11!! :bigsmile:
Don't know if I can still lose 2 more pounds for the month of June, but want to stick with this challenge, to make sure I stay on track.

Happy Friday to all.
Nice list its great to see so many people working towards the same goal.
We have been so cold and rainy and now the heat and humidity arrived this morning. May take a bit of time to adjust.
I was not planning on doing much today for exercise but only 2 daycare kids showed up so I put them in the stroller and went for a 2.8 mile walk. After we got going I was thinking of going a lot longer but the sky started getting dark and I could thunder in the distance so we high tailed it home. When we got home I realized that the one year old had thrown out his blanket that he loves so much he doesn't go anywhere without it. So we waited out the dark clouds and sprinkles and loaded up the stroller again and retraced out steps. We found the blanket about a mile into the walk and again the sky was starting to look a little ominous so we did a brisk walk home. I wished I would have had my HRM on but MFP says in that time I would have burned 640 cals. I am guessing a little higher since the stroller is a bit on the heavy side and then having 2 kids it while i walked.
I should take notes but congrats to the person who lost 50 pounds in 6 months. I have been working on this for a lot longer than that only to lose and regain the same 10 pounds over and over again. I feel like I have that spark again to get on track and stay there.

I'm almost finished with my daily training. I did 30 bridges that I held 30 seconds each, I went for a 45 minutes walk and I did a 30 minutes stretching DVD. All that is left now is a 40 minutes on my Incline Trainer.
I'm off to do it and after, I'll get ready for a nice evening with some friends.

Sounds like you got a good burn. I know what you mean about the same 10 lbs. I have been doing that for about 6 months now. I dropped 35 lbs in 3 months and then just yo- yo'ed since. I am determined to get this last 20 lbs off and keep them off.0 -

I want to give it a go AGAIN this month. I did not lose a poound last month in facat I picked up a few and I am so discouraged. I am kicking my butt over and over. But the good things is school is out and I think now the stress pounds can start to melt if I just get with the program and be decidated to log in every day. I gain strength from reading all the posts and I love the list. So please add me to the list. but my weight is not 139 but more like 144! or 145. I don't even dare to step on the scales for a couple days.

Only a couple days in and I have lost 1.5 pounds, so now I am at 1750 -
Yesterday i got Turbo Fire..YAY! I'm starting on Monday and i'm so excited, i havent done turbo jam or anything for a while so i thought i'd start up again, especially since i've seen great reviews and great results from Turbo Fire so far.

I was happy to see I lost 3 pounds this week!! I have also met my goal weight loss, with a total of 50 pounds gone since 1/1/11!! :bigsmile:
Don't know if I can still lose 2 more pounds for the month of June, but want to stick with this challenge, to make sure I stay on track.

I ordered Jillian Michael's 'Banish the Fat, Boost the Metabolism' to arrive early next week. I currently do her 30 Day Sherd & Ripped in 30 - love both of those so hopefully BFBM will be just as good.0 -

Just got to my parents house & showered after my 5K run this morning. My awesome cousin Tom showed up to run it with me too! It was a nice surprise! :bigsmile: It was SO HUMID out too & I didn't think I was gonna make it - he came back and ran the last few blocks in with me & gave me that extra push I needed! I barely beat my personal best time - 44 seconds shaved off of it - so now at 34 min flat! I was hoping for a little better, but with the humidity I'm just glad I finished. It was hard to catch my breath a lot. That just sucks!
I'm not sure what is in store for the rest of the day. CJ is working on the Baja, so apparently that means we aren't going boating. I hope you are all having a fantastic skinny Saturday!0 -

Today was a busy one for me, I had a lot of errands to run and was always in the car. After diner, I was able to go out for a 20 minutes walk with Hubby. That will be enough for me. Tomorrow is another day, I haven't got any errands to run so I'll be exercising like I did the last few days.

HI EVERYONE;
i don't know how to get on the list but anyway... I am doing good this morning. I had a super day yesterday that stated out with about a 5 mile run. School is out so I have all day every day now to just do what I WANT to do. NO lessons to prepared. I love summer vacation.
But I want to get back in shape and FAST before I travel to the states the end of the month. I decide that until I travel NO SUGAR. In the afternoon I went for a 45 minutes swim and that felt great too.
this morning so far I have done 30 minutes of Pilates and I plan on swimming this afternoon again. I had not done the yoga for about 30 days or more and boy was I stiff. I really want to do it about 3 times a week from now on. I have a DVD that I use called pilates for dummies. It is just right for me.
so Please help me to stay on track and get after me if I even look like I am going to eat sugar.
