I'm currently 5'3", 135 lbs, and my size 8's are starting to get loose! (This is in Aeropostale brand, mind you...in Old Navy, I can wear a 6).

^^^ THIS! We all have these days. Sometimes we have whole weeks of this. The positive changes we are making don't just get reversed by a couple of bad meals. Take a deep breath, come up with an action plan, and choose to once again get back on track! :) You can do it!

I would say about once a week for me...however, my habits have changed. I eat more grilled chicken sandwiches, and I now order a small fry and only eat a little more than half of it. This is what I usually do. A tortilla can come in so many sizes. And the amount of chicken can vary. And cheese is the WORST culprit....there is sooo very little in a "serving"....there was probably several servings of cheese in your meal. Kudos on skipping the sour cream. That's my favorite part...LOL

Jess - there are specialty running shoe stores that will literally videotape the way that you walk and custom fit a shoe for you. A Baby Shower is a big party that family/friends throw for an expecting mom-to-be! There are usually games, yummy food, cake, and lots of gifts for the mom to help her prepare for the new baby. They don't do these where you are from?

I like to do both exercising and watching my diet intake. As for what I monitor, I look at fat, carbs, protein, fiber and sodium. Those are the big ones for me. Especially sodium, since it can cause water weight gain. And fiber, because I'm trying to be more conscious of my fiber intake!

I don't generally eat breakfast on my days off from work. I usually sleep until 9ish, then go straight to the gym, and have a very healthy and hearty lunch when I get home. The only days I'm actually hungry for breakfast are my work days, and that's because I'm up before 6am and at work by 7am. Otherwise, I don't crave…
