I personally love their black bean soup, and their salads. My fave is the fuji apple chicken salad, which I believe is on the heavy side in calories due to the nuts and blue cheese...but quite honestly, I love it so much, it's worth the splurge for me. Just stay away from bread as your side item...get an apple instead! :)

If I get munchies, I try to just make a cup of herbal tea, add some splenda, and drink that. It helps my sweet tooth AND gets me ready for bed!

That's an amazing goal :) You can totally accomplish this. Start with small changes, you'll eventually overhaul the way that you look at food and meal planning! I just work extra hard and try to be good, and look forward to seeing a HUGE drop when it's over. I generally only gain 2 to 3 lbs, so if I drop 4 or 5 when it's over, I get really excited. Haha :)

I have gone for a few weeks taking them every night, and I can still sleep fine without them. I guess everyone will respond to them in their own way. But that's why I generally try to only take them when I know I'm gonna have trouble getting to sleep. According to studies, however, they are apparently non-habit-forming!

I use melatonin occasionally, when I think I'm too keyed up to get to sleep easily. I take either a 3mg or a 6mg pill. If I have to be up early for work, I take the 3mg.
