  • I'm home after work 12 hours. I'm beat.
  • I'm getting ready to try my first class next week. A friend of mine and I are signing up. We are both in fairly okay shape...so Crossfit will likely kick our *kitten*. But we get a week free, and I wanna see what it's all about. ;)
  • Hmmm, I'll have to think about this! Urban Decay Naked Palette 1 (can't afford #2 yet!) Bare Minerals Bronzing Powder (not sure which shade I have) Covergirl LineExact liquid eyeliner Any Victoria's Secret perfume (I love Heavenly) It's a 10 conditioning spray (this stuff is AMAZING, and worth the hefty price tag)
  • Oh my gosh, I lived for Hey Dude, and Salute Your Shorts. And I was in  love:heart: with Ted from Hey Dude. LOL I love the 90's!
  • THIS!! Or dipped in a milkshake.
  • I could easily polish off half a tray of brownies and half a bag of doritos. Or there was the day I ate almost a whole box of ice cream sandwiches - 2 for breakfast, 3 for lunch, and a few after dinner (they are probably my favorite ice cream EVER, and therefore I cannot safely keep them in my house).
  • 40 minutes of jogging, followed by about 15 minutes of upper body strength training.
  • While I wasn't addicted to regular soda, I had a bad addiction to Diet sodas (especially Coke Zero). I would have it with breakfast. After my workout. With my lunch. With my dinner. It was really bad. I hate to say this, but the only way I quit was COLD TURKEY. I gave it up and said no more. The artificial sweeteners have…
  • I haven't read everyone's response, but I'll give my two cents! I found out I had some gallstones in 2008 after 3 or 4 boughts of SEVERE night time pain. It would hit me about 1am after having eaten a 9pm pizza binge, and I'd be up for 6 hours in pain. I never went to the ER, because each time the pain would go away (and…
  • My fiance planned a day trip to New York City, and popped the question on a carriage ride in Central Park! <3 Very romantic!
  • Hey girl! I am 5'3" and started at 144, now at 124 with a goal weight of maybe 120ish. The last bit doesn't want to stay off... I exercise about 4 times a week and eat around 1400-1500 cals per day! Feel free to add me! :)
  • You look amazing and fabulous! Dropping that much weight and in only 8 months takes a TON of determination. You should be SO proud of yourself. What did you do for workouts? Cardio, strength, or both?
  • Gonna bump this one more time...LOL :flowerforyou:
  • I really only like them scrambled! I know they are as healthy as can be, and full of protein and all that good stuff. I have no qualms with them, except that I don't like the texture of a hard boiled egg. I just can't get over it! Maybe someday I'll acquire the taste!
  • That is something to be VERY proud of! At my very best, I can run a 12 minute mile...for one mile only. LOL But I have hopes that over time it will improve, just as it did for you! Great dedication! You've earned this NSV! :)
  • Hey girl. I've had back surgery (a fusion from T3 to L1, when I was 16. So I know what you must be dealing with. Something that has really helped me in the past was yoga. It really helped to stretch out my muscles. Sometimes, when I'm running, I get upper back aches because I put so much strain on that area. A nice…
  • Hey there! I got engaged in May and we JUST set a date for April 2014! I wanna be a size 4 bride, if my body allows me to...Feel free to add me. Us brides gotta stick together!
  • I'm a med/surg oncology nurse for the last 7 years. I graduated nursing school at 21 years old and steadily packed on the pounds until I hit almost 145lbs last December. Working long shifts, some of them night shifts, and eating for energy really screwed me up! So I climbed on the wagon and have lost and maintained at…
  • I just did this yesterday. It's as if a good loss means that I can slack a little bit and have some cheat snacks! Argh! I'm not sure how to reverse these bad habits, but I'm happy to offer support any way I can! Great loss so far, btw!
  • Gorgeous face and GORGEOUS muscles! How did you get your shoulders and arms to look like that?! You look wonderful! GREAT work!
  • Hey girl. I'm a nurse as well, and I've worked rotating days/nights, full time days, and full time nights, all at different points in my career. Honestly, I did tend to put on the most weight while working night shift. But i don't think the solution is to not eat at night. Do you eat when you get home in the morning and…
  • I looked about 13 years old when I was 19! People always made comments about it. It's getting less and less as I get older. Just try to enjoy it...you'll get older looking someday and WISH you looked 16 again!!! :)
  • We have made this a few times, and it was AMAZING! Absolutely positively worth the calories.... But i only eat it as a side dish, so that I can justify having half of a serving. It is absolutely divine, and I could eat the whole pan otherwise!
  • Start asap! I calculated the number of minutes I walked (which I logged as walking 3.5mph uphill, since I was walking up and down hills in my neighborhood) and the number of minutes I jogged (which I logged as Jogging at 5mph, even though I KNOW I was going maybe 4.5mph MAX). When I finally got my HRM, towards the end of…
  • I see a huge difference! You weren't fat before, but you are sleek and lean now. You look fab!
  • You can certainly do it! Not everybody can do every other day. The weeks may take you longer to complete if you have to spread them out, but MANY people on here have done it! :) I finished last May and never signed up for a 5K, so I fell out of running. But I did complete the program. It makes you feel great, and it REALLY…
  • My fiance is half indian, so we go out for indian food atleast once a month. It has not stopped me from losing weight. I might be up a pound the next day, but within two days that extra fluid is gone. Here's what I do: 1) Eat a very small breakfast/lunch 2) Do some high intensity exercise earlier that afternoon to torch as…
  • I didn't manage any exercise today because I was on call for work and had to be ready and fresh at a moment's notice...and exercise makes me sweaty and gross! So basically I had 1200 cals allotted, and I used 1231. I think I overestimated on most things...maybe underestimated a BIT on the desserts, who knows. :-P But I…
  • I'm a hair shy of 5'3" and currently weigh about 123-124. I look good, but I still have some fat to lose. My UGW is around 118, but with some muscle. Not sure if my body will be willing to do that. I stalled around 120 in the past and then put on a few pounds. I guess my body will decide what weight it wants to be! :-P…
