That sounds amazing...for now, I'll have to settle for a thunderstorm outside an open bedroom window. That's good enough for me, I guess!

I agree, for the most part. But I personally like making yummy things fit into my day. Like this burrito I'm about to eat in half an hour ;) Haha! Great motivational post, though!!

I'll be in my 20's for the next...oh, 4 and a half months. Does that count? LOL

I get either the Danskin stuff from Walmart, or the Champion brand stuff from Target. Both cheap, but decent enough quality for what you pay! :)

Holy cow, you look like a new person, and atleast 10 years younger! Your story is inspirational, thanks for sharing it with us!

No. I can't be with a man who weighs less than I do....sorry :-P I like my men a little bit beefy and plenty strong. It makes me feel small and feminine!

Today i was able to run 2 miles in 26 minutes without stopping. First time ever doing that. And bonus: I didn't feel like I was about to die at the end. I think my max HR was about 185!

My favorite meal at the local mexican place...... Yum. Now I want to eat it right now.

I have this problem at times, too. I just stopped caring. If people want to stare, they can stare. Nipples are part of the human body...we've all got'em! So no reason to be embarrassed. :)

I love this!!! I had to learn these lessons myself, and I learned them the hard way! I am finally becoming brave enough to give up my daily weigh ins. I haven't weighed myself in over a week, and it feels awesome to not be tortured by that number. Instead, I will keep working hard at the gym and making better choices, and…

If I had one bit of advice for you, it's this: Get out a tape measure and take your measurements. And then do it every week. Even when the scale isn't budging, I'm quite sure you are losing inches. Especially if other people are noticing. Don't get discouraged. Keep on keeping on! :)

18. I've got the early-graying genes from both of my parents. Thank goodness for home hair dye!

It's strange...these girls claim to weigh so little, but their measurements disagree. I have about the same measurements as the other 5'3" girls (32/26.5/35) and yet I weigh about 125 lbs...NOT 115 lbs. Hmmm! Either way, I'm glad to see that they valued women who had a bit more substance than today's models and actresses!

I've been on two cruises, both with Royal Caribbean. Here are my tips! 1) Pack clothing that is mix and match. A few pairs of neutral pants, with some neutral tops. Pack a couple of nice dresses/suits for the formal nights if you plan on attending. If you don't want to attend, you can always find a casual place to dine on…

Hey girl! First off, I looked at your profile and I'm a nurse in the Baltimore area as well! So that's cool! As far as your constipation goes, here are my thoughts. First off, what is your diet like? Are you overly sensitive to binding foods, perhaps? Dairy and bananas can be extremely binding for some people. Secondly, do…

I think maybe it has more to do with leg length than height. I am 5'3" but I have shorter legs and a longer torso...and 4.5mph is a full on jog for me. 5.0 to 5.5 is a run, and 6.0 is a freakin' SPRINT. My happy pace is about 4.3 to 4.5. :)

I'm curious as to people's results as well. I just started this morning!

I had my usual: Plain chobani with 1 tbsp of nutella and a tbsp of mini chocolate chips! YUMMO!

Hi Everyone!!! :) I'm Amanda, I'm 29, and I'm getting married on April 27, 2014. I just reached the one year countdown this past weekend, and it's getting exciting! :) This is a second marriage for both myself and my fiance, so we aren't having the traditional HUGE wedding. We will have around 60 people, and are holding…

Bumping for the night owls of MFP! :) Glad you all enjoyed them as much as I did!!!!

My fiance and I have both been married before, so it is a true second wedding for both of us. We are also footing the bill 100% ourselves, while paying our way through school AND saving for a house. We talked about eloping, but decided it was important to have our immediate family and some friends there to witness our…
