Thank you You were inspiring to me. and I am so glad you shared ideas. thank you. people do not realize on here they can be part of saving a life, by helping some get healthy. maybe save them from diabetes, heat attack, stroke, etc... you never know. cause this means people lives... losing weight and getting healthier.

Will be 42 in July. And a strong desire to lose 85-90lbs I could use friends to support the long journey I have ahead of me. This my I don't know 100th time fresh start on MFP. And right now I have no motivation to exercise. Feel free to add me.

I just ordered mine and it will be here today.. I was wondering the same thing. I found all the answers on MFP under Community ( Fitbit Group Forum) the 1st post by Albert - Also when you sign up for your Fitbit account it gives you instructions. Read carefully!!! :happy:

I agree with becky_turcotte, PROVE HER WRONG!!! Make her comments a challenge and a driving force to show people anything is possible. Grab a hold of the fact you have been succeeding!!!
