I'm really curious! What is the earliest YOU get up to exercise in the morning? I'm thinking I'm gonna have to start bitting the bullet and rising @ 3:45 am to go to the Gym before work! Cuz after work is becoming a huge challenge for me! Or am I just making excuses?
I LOVE MFP!!! However, I find I have a hard time keeping motivated to log food, eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis. Some days it just feels like I have a mountain to climb to lose 75 pounds. I joined MFP a week and a half ago! I LOVE it, the support is amazing, and it works. I've lost 4 pounds in that time.
