    Haha this makes no sense....

But if you're looking for motivation to get to the gym, I just read a post that said to go to the gym, and just do a 5min warm up. If at the end of that 5min you still don't want to be there, leave. 9 times out of 10 you will stay because the effort is just GETTING there.

I find it fun to go to the gym - while I'm not exactly having the time of my life there I get to watch the guys who are trying to build massive muscles by lifting HUMUNGOUS weights (without proper form, and only doing one rep) and making huge groaning noises. That makes me laugh.

Thanks guys after waking up @ 4am to go to work, driving an hour commute in good ol' California traffic to work, working 7 hours most of that on my feet, driving an hour and an a half in traffic straight to the gym... I MADE IT!

This is a huge down fall for me I always talk myself out of going to the gym on my way home. Truly BAD habit.

And really I was suppose to go to my personal trainers, but I had to much pride to seek you guys out for a pep talk before I passed his facility up. Then, I thought well I'll go to the gym but of course becuz I'm exhausted and it's Friday I started to talk my self out of it as well. However, I made myself seek you guys out for counsel... And it worked!!!!

Well, time for me to get out of my car and in the gym.

THANKS all of you are amazing
