  • I drink liquid calories if and when I can't put down anymore food. I drink homemade fruit and vegetable juices to help when my stomach can't take anymore solid food to breakdown.
  • Beans, Brown, wild rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes, acorn, butternut and spaghetti squash. A lot of Fruit too many to name, Rolled Oats, Sprouted Bread like Ezekiel, a lot of veggies too many to name, not big into nuts. I'm 80/10/10 vegan. I used to eat the veggie patties and etc but now i prefer making my own.
  • Vegan 80/10/10 for me dropped 5lbs since and lowered my bf% 2-3%. been smashing all my PR Times by a full minute. I have more energy and able to suffer through a long ride, run and or brick before I crash. Brown Rice, steel cut oats, fruits, veggies, Legumes.

  • I have made it but got the recipe from a RAW Vegan food website and it is AMAZING!!! I LOVE BEING A VEGAN!!! sub the sweetner and add a couple frozen bananas instead. thats what i did.

  • 5:50 min mile is my 1 mile run time. My base pace I have for races is 6:30-18Min Mile but, once i hit that half way point i'm off like the road runner at 5:50 for the last 1.5 miles.

  • Best times to consume is before and after along with a carb like a banana. for instance if I do a early morning am lift at 6am I'll have a banana with almond milk and a scoop of Protein powder blend it and drink it on the way to the gym. then when i come home its Powder with oatmeal apple and cinnamon with some almond milk.

  • I always have my ChocoBanana Blaster before and after I run. but i always do strength training before I run then I have another one with a cup of oatmeal with cinnamon apples, and flaxseed or sliced almonds.

  • Having the Alarm far away helps. I also have my alarm play my favorite get your lazy *kitten* up and lets get **** done song then I splash some Ice Cold Water on my face works 99.9% of the time.
