  • Like the idea of staying active while inside. I should make a list of small home projects to keep me busy this winter.

  • Focusing on exercise is a great way to start the year. My main exercise will be walking. I am still in pt for my neck, so I am limited to very low impact exercise. I just figure any exercise is better than sitting around feeling like I can't do anything.

  • I think I have just been using my back as an excuse to feel sorry for myself. I have lost weight with only been conscience of my food intake in the past. It was just that I had been getting so good with my exercise and really starting to feel proud of myself. The back injury has really derailed me mentally.
