I have been MIA for a little bit. Sorry life got in the way again. It is so hard to make time for myself. I think that taking care of me is a major factor in being able to lose weight. Hopefully I can rejoin your group. Lelah

Winter exercise?
Are you an inside or outside exerciser in the winter? And what is your favorite winter exercise? I'm not a big fan of the cold, so I like to stay inside. Mainly I use the cardio equipment at the y, but I'm looking for new ideas.

Back injury threw me off Track
Last year I was getting close to my goal weight, but in jan 2012 I herniated a disc in my neck. I have been dealing with the pain most of this year and as we approach dec 31st. Trying to make this work
I have been working at losing weight for the past 4 yrs. So far I am down 109 lbs. I am just struggling with the last 10 to make it to a "normal" weight.
