Trying to make this work

I have been working at losing weight for the past 4 yrs. So far I am down 109 lbs. I am just struggling with the last 10 to make it to a "normal" weight. Over the summer I really increased my exercise and was good about tracking my food. and I only lost 5lbs over 3 months. I know it was a loss and I should be happy, but I was a bit disappointed. Now I have been back at work for 2 1/2 months (I teach) and I have been struggling. This am I was back up the 5 lbs I worked so hard to lose this summer.
I need to refocus on taking care of myself. and realize that at least I was losing this summer.
My goal for the week is to keep my food journal everyday.

Honestly I would like to reach that magical "normal" weight before the new year. (Not thinking that can happen without a miracle, since I had to work so hard for the 5 this summer)

I have 8.6 to go to reach "healthy" and want to do it by Dec. 31. We Will do this!!0
