Just be confident in the idea that you are changing who you are into who you want to be. Master that and the rest will fall into place :) I met my fiancee at my near fattest. Weird things happen when least expected :)

Green means thats what you can burn and be under the allotted number. If you work out that number gets bigger cuz you have more calories you can eat to compensate for the burned calories.

Green means youre under the alloted number. You want to keep that number in the green or work out to get credited back to that overall number.

I agree with JMAMA , avoid high sodium, don't drink you carbs, stay hydrated to assist the calorie burn. Most importantly the margin between good and perfect ain't even 3 lbs :) Just enjoy the wedding. Take care, Dustin
