  • I used the Atikins diet several years ago...I lost 60lbs and went from a size 13 to a size 5. I gained all 60lbs back plus another 40. You cannot do Atkins "temporarily". It takes a commitment to an overall low-carb lifestyle to keep every pound off that you will lose. It may be a fine WOE for some, but for most, once you…

  • I am 5'5, weigh around 190lbs and can fit into 12/13. But I still have some 15s kicking around that are comfortable (until they get stretched out, then they're too loose)

If I go more than a few days without losing anything, I realize that I haven't been drinking enough water and that usually fixes the problem. Since I exercise usually after supper, I tend to end up with extra calories…
  • Great job! You look terrific :)
  • Happy Canada Day! Enjoy fantastic weather, company, and food :))))
  • Hello :) I"m new too; and looking for some buddies to journey with; I've been at it for about 26 days now, and have been pretty happy with the results. They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I must say that I've never exercised or eaten as healthy as I have this last little while. I feel all the better for it.…
