For those of you who have the bodymedia Fit , I'm having a hard time setting up my goals. It's totally confused me :/ Like where you add your weight and goal weight and then it says how many calories do you eat..I have no idea what to put. Can some one please help me?

After 3 days it's already easier to eat the extra cals. I ate 2100 yesterday with no problem LOL NEVER thought I'd do that. :) :) GO MEE!! LOL

if you're hungry EAT. Eating is one of the only ways (with exercise) to speed up your metabolism. If you don't eat enough, you can exercise all you want, you won't lose fat. So eat clean, train dirty, and be happy/healthy.

Okay so to do the reset, I should be eating my TDEE instead of my cut? so, here is what I have done. I set MFP to maintinance and put 1950 cals for daily intake (just to be on the safe side). I eat this, every day, and not eat back any exercise cals? Am I on track?

I have this same problem. Only my weight gain came after starting Insanity. I feel leaner and tighter, but the scale says I've put on 10 pounds. wtf? I don't get it as I dont even eat all my exercise cals. I usually eat around 1500 if I do Insanity.

I smell like ammonia when I work out and my workout close are starting to get bad. I tried baking soda but that didn't help LOL it's mostly my sports bras that have the odor. I'd love to replace but they are expensive.

I drink 2 teaspoons of Bragg ACV in water 3 times a day (before meals) but I didn't start this for weight loss--I started because I have an ACL knee injury that has started flaring up and the ACV is good for inflamation. ACV has amazingly reduced the pain I have from endometriosis, as well :)
