I think it's a confidence thing. Even at my heaviest I was confident and so I have never been invisible. My heaviest was well over 200 pounds.

I don't think chicken nuggets classify as "clean". Have you read what is in them? I wouldn't give that to my dog. Now, you can easily make your own and they taste much better :) Ground chicken, bread like you would anything else to fry, bake in the oven at like 350 or so for 30 min I think? Google to make sure.

You can use any good quality protein powder with AMAZING GRASS green superfood powder and it's the same exact thing as shakeology. I used to use shakeology and after months and months realized I was wasting money. I now use the amazing grass powder in my regular protein and it's the same thing and easier on my checkbook.…

I went through the same thing. I started losing weight when I quit working out..then increased cals. It IS very much so possible to gain weight at 900 cals a day if your body has adjusted to maintaining at only 700-800 cals a day. I lived the horror. The only way to fix it is to eat..and eat and eat. I've been resetting…

EAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Your body is telling you it needs to eat.If you are really starving, eat.
-
I like premiere protein b/c they have 30 g protein and I love quest bars with 20 g protein.
-
You're binging because your body is starving. Up your caloric intake. Are you eating enough carbs? Being that active, you need more carbs. *healthy carbs*
-
You need to be NETTING your calorie allowance. So if you're allowed 1650 cals a day, if you workout, make sure you are netting AT LEAST 1650 cals.
-
when you set up your goals, it automatically factors in your calorie deficit. SO, when you workout you need to eat back those cals to ensure you are fueling properly. There is a difference between losing weight and losing body fat. If you don't eat enough, you will not lose fat, but lean body mass (muscle). You will surely…

I went from 250-155 and my boobs stayed the same. HOWEVER, they are firmer and nicer now b/c I lift heavy, and make sure I work my ladies. Don't like em, then work em.

I agree to an extent. HOWEVER, being from the south, I see first hand that all these poor people "struggling" get a ton of food stamps every month. If these people would educate themselves about the real importance of a healthy balanced diet, they could def. afford whole, clean, raw foods. There would be less obesity, and…

well, I plan to lift heavy weights until I die. Lots of lean muscle = healthy, vibrant old lady. If I get hurt somewhere between now and then, I'll eat insane amount of protein to spare to insane amount of muscle I already have. Old ppl get fragile not because they are old. They get fragile b/c they lose most of their…

Cliff, Lara, and Quest. Quest being the best out of all of them.

Basically, from what I've read, your metabolism is damaged from your poor eating. Slowly increase until you reach TDEE. Eat at TDEE for a long time. This is called a Refeed. If you want more info, I think it would be very beneficial for you to look up the group Eat More 2 Weigh Less.
-
Yes, eat them ALL back.

she said when pertaining to medically necessary reasons, she understands. Calm down, lady.

yep! Eat when you're hungry, don't eat when you're not hungry. It's very simple LOL

I should have added that I did very low carb dieting for over a year. It wasn't until I started researching my symptoms that I realized it was my lack of carbs. Once eating carbs my symptoms disappeared. I think a year is more than enough time for the body to adjust. Whatever Peter Attia, M.D. has to say is irrelevant to…

www.google.com lots of facts about how carbs are needed for heavy workouts to help your body repair and refuel. Just because it works for you now doesn't mean it's great for everyone else. Personally, if I workout heavily and don't replace carbs, I get really weak and lethargic. My hair also falls out, my skin gets bad, I…

I firmly believe that after years of trial and error, if one adopts the clean eating lifestyle, your body will eventually learn how to regulate hunger itself, efficiently. I take long breaks from logging (been logging for 2 years) and it wasn't until I started eating clean (a year ago) that I have been able to quit…

eat CLEAN. I strongly suggest tosca reno--eat clean diet recharged. It's cheap on amazon and will change your whole outlook on food. if I don't have at least 120 g of carbs a day I don't last. I workout hard, though, so I need the carbs. I try to match protein to carbs. I usually range about 130-140 g carbs and protein per…

I'm making salmon for dinner. :P :P :P

Yes! grilled salmon is my favorite.

grilled steak and sweet potato fries. I highly endorse lean meats :) :) :)

I agree. I think there should be 2 rest days a week while doing this program. By month 2 I had no choice but to take 2 rest days (i'd skip max plyo b/c it hurt my knees). I wasn't eating enough (at the time) to fuel the workouts and I got burnt out (literally).
